At 91福利社, we are committed to supporting students to reach their full potential in all aspects of their growth and development, including supporting mental well-being.
The counselling service is a confidential and free service for students to access for their personal support needs, including concerns around friendships, mental health, family issues, identity, risk taking and any issue that is a concern to the student. School counselling takes a solutions-focused approach, aiming to equip students with tangible tools to better cope. It is always voluntary and confidential and the counsellors at 91福利社 are all employed directly by the College.
To access support, we鈥檇 recommend first speaking to your Pastoral Care Coordinator or you can self-refer by emailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Other resources
Certain aspects of school can be stressful and it鈥檚 not unusual to feel nervous and anxious at times. The Student Wellness page on Canvas is a great resource for students, where we post regular updates, a huge list of resources, and helpful tips, including how to start the term off strong and how to deal with the pressures of assessment.
